Everyone's experience of depression will be different and everyone's journey in depression and their healing from depression will all be different because people are unique individuals. It's important to bear that in mind when we're talking about major depression versus bipolar versus seasonal affective disorder versus postpartum depression. 💙

There are many, many, many types of depression as many as there are unique individuals. Labels should be taken with a grain of salt. They're useful, but not completely black and white.💙
